The Georgia Tech Library's Strategic Plan calls for the Library to be on the forefront of information content and technology in order to enhance and enrich Georgia Tech’s overall learning, teaching, training and research environment. Begun in 1997, the Digital Library Initiative seeks to capture all pertinent “born digital” content, implement a campus wide digital publishing program, and continue to create and support online collections including digital text, photographs, video and audio to meet the needs of the Georgia Tech community and scholars around the world.
