An experienced leader in Business Operations; Project Management; Human Resources, Marketing, Vendor Management, Budget and Finance, Vanessa Payne serves as the Director of Business Operations.
Vanessa is a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Vanessa is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
She started working at Georgia Tech in the Georgia Tech Library in June of 2012 and is the responsible for 6 areas in the Library: Budget / Finance; Facilities; Human Resources; Security; Risk Management and Shipping and Receiving.
Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Vanessa held a variety of leadership positions in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Business Operations and Strategic Planning with The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Enterprises as well as with The Department of Human Services.
