Biography of Charles T. McNary
Charles McNary graduated from Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio and did postgraduate work in psychology and testing and vocational guidance at the University of Pittsburgh. He was employed by Blue Bell, Incorporated as the personnel director while attending the Southeastern Industrial Vision Congress.

This collection contains information regarding the first annual Southeastern Industrial Vision Congress, including a copy of a newspaper clipping from the Atlanta Constitution, dated November 14, 1948, and an address given by Charles T.
