History of the Academic Honor Code

Originally named the honor system, Georgia Tech adopted the honor code in 1905. It was discontinued in the mid-1930s, but was reinstated in the mid-1990s.

Description

This collection contains information pertaining to the history of the honor code system at Georgia Tech, starting from 1907. These records are mainly comprised of hand- and typewritten letters from the academic classes discussing the code of honor for Georgia Tech students.
