  Finding Company Information
Location: Library Homer Rice Center (Ground Floor West)

Knowing how to find information on your target companies can give you an advantage – whether for a job search or for a research project. You’ll be shown how to effectively use the major company information sources to get the big picture about a company. Strategies for finding company profiles, financial information and analyses, corporate culture – and more. Hands-on training will be available during as well as immediately after the session.

  Data Viz Interest Group Talk Series: Development of East Asia based on cities

Join the Georgia Tech Library's Data Visualization Lab this month for a series of three demonstrations meant to reveal the depth and breadth of projects available to students.

All three talks will be held in the Data Visualization Lab on the first floor of the Library at 6:15 p.m. In the third, chart soaring population and urbanization of East Asia's cities, then estimate  growth and find the differences in urbanization between countries.

  Introduction to LaTex
Location: Library Homer Rice Center (Ground Floor West)

LaTex is used to prepare documents, especially those that have mathematical formulas or equations. You will learn the basics of LaTex by creating a simple document in class.

No coding experience is required.
