Symposium/Workshop overview

  • Find out how institutions used collaborative efforts to promote scholarly communication.
  • Learn what you should consider when embarking on a project to host an Institutional Repository.
  • Interact with your peers, share lessons learned, share your stories.
  • Learn about future trends from experts in the field.

This event includes a one-day symposium featuring case studies from various institutions with respect to approaches supporting cooperative scholarly communication initiatives and a one-day workshop featuring both Technology and Program Management sessions on topics including Governance, Metasearching, Repository Hosting, Digitization, Outreach, Preservation, among others.
