Audiovisual Accessories

All items are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk in the LEC and are 4 hour in-building use items unless noted otherwise. 

We are happy to provide the GT community with a variety of equipment and accessories.  In order to ensure equal access for everyone, overdue fines may be assessed at the rate of $1.00 per hour unless noted otherwise.

• Cassette Player (2 hour in-building use)

  Emerson cassette tape player is available at the Circulation Desk.

• Digital Voice Recorders (4 hour out of building use)

  Olympus VN-3100 PC with 72 hour recording time.  The uplink cable, software and instruction guides are all included.  The Software and driver must be installed to extract the .wav files from the device though you can use a Library Laptop if necessary.  Audacity MP3 conversion software can be downloaded for free.

• Film/Slide Scanning Adapters

  Nikon film/slide adapters and Epson photo scanning templates (each template set has 3 plates).  These are scanning supplies for digitizing 35mm and 120/220 film and slides.

• Graphing Calculators (2 Hour in-building use)

  TI-89 advanced graphing calculators come with the software and connection cables necessary to integrate your work on a PC. 

• MP3 Players (24 hour out of building use)

  1 GB Sandisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player with earphones, USB cable and quickstart guide included.

• Multi-Card Media Reader

  Dazzle USB Media Card Reader with USB 2.0 connection.  This item can read many different formats of Flash media commonly used in digital cameras.

• Peripheral Cables

  We have a line of USB and Firewire peripheral cables to help you manage your cameras, camcorders, and other devices.  They are gold plated and provide exceptional transfer rates.
