Reserves

Course Reserves consists of required material selected by faculty for students enrolled in classes at Georgia Tech.  The Library works in conjunction with faculty to make these materials accessible and will add or remove material from Electronic Reserves as requested.  Class notes, homework solutions, “Word” (old tests and exams), books, DVDs, videotapes, journal articles, and book chapters are the components of Electronic Reserves.

The Electronic Reserves System provides online access to physical and digital copies of assigned coursework. Course materials for Electronic Reserve may be submitted electronically or in printed format.  Items submitted in printed format are scanned and saved as PDF documents for one semester only.  Items in electronic format are copied to a scan directory and uploaded directly to the web. These readings are available electronically for your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Books, DVDs, videotapes and other items are readily available at the Circulation Desk.

NO HARD COPIES OF RESERVE READINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CIRCULATION DESK.
