The Georgia Tech Library strives for excellence in the creation, preservation, curation, and connection of scholarship. Through this work, we create new paths of learning, knowledge, information, and resources to develop leaders who advance technology and improve the human condition. Your gift today will help the Library continue to evolve and meet the changing research, teaching, and learning needs of Georgia Tech.
Georgia Tech Records Management provides guidance to the campus community in matters relating to records retention and destruction. Records Management is responsible for documenting destruction of records that have reached the end of their retention period and provides for the secure destruction of paper files at no cost to the department or unit. Records Management also maintains a Records Center for the long-term storage of physical records throughout their retention period.
The Georgia Tech Library defines excellence in the creation, preservation, curation, and connection of scholarship. Through this work we create new paths of learning, knowledge, information, and resources to develop leaders who advance technology and improve the human condition.
In order to fulfill the goals of the Library’s Strategic Plan, librarians and experts seek to create and maintain a sustainable, cyclical process for assessing organizational and operational effectiveness to include the documentation, analysis, implementation, and impact of services.
This public dashboard is a starting point in communicating the impact of key services in a regularly updated manner. If you have questions or suggestions please contact Matt Frizzell, Assessment Librarian.
