Heather Jeffcoat

Heather Jeffcoat is the Web and Discovery Management Librarian, where she fosters research and educational growth using innovative library technologies. She holds an MLIS from Florida State University and a BA in Geography from the University of South Carolina. Heather manages the Library’s digital presence, including the discovery system Primo, while leading technology projects to improve library services. She utilizes emerging tools through a user-centered approach to provide a seamless online experience. She also contributes to the profession through ongoing scholarship and service at institutional, regional, and national levels.
